Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
Velocity Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support all building services and maintenance for the SC Johnson Contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Proactive and Reactive works to all electrical & mechanical systems in accordance with agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements
* Respond to Building Management System alarms, and effect emergency repairs as needed
* Ensure that suitable maintenance records are kept and that all work is properly documented

Requirements:

* Relevant knowledge of Electrical and fire systems, Mechanical plant & HVAC equipment such as AHU's, Chilled systems / Boilers, heating systems, Hot and cold-water systems and building management systems
* Electrical works including general LV systems, fire/life safety systems, lighting
* Ability to work independently or in a team to complete all maintenance and servicing tasks
* Participation in an on-call rota for emergency call outs and flexibility to work overtime
