Job SummaryA skilled legal professional is sought to join QED Legal's Community Care and Court of Protection team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of privately paying clients in Community Care and Court of Protection
- Support junior fee earners and contribute to the team's development
- Assist with business development and draft legal documents
- Liaise with clients, experts, and the Court
- Support the training of junior staff
- Experience in Community Care/Public Law and Court of Protection Health & Welfare
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Court of Protection Property & Affairs and Special Educational Needs law
- Advocacy experience
