Senior Care Home Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Home Manager to lead our elderly residential service in Southport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote a caring environment that provides residents with a high standard of specialized personal care.
* Ensure the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority requirements.
* Manage the service and its resources effectively, economically, and efficiently.
* Supervise, train, and support staff, and lead and develop the team.
Requirements:
* Strong previous managerial experience in an elderly residential home.
* Leadership qualities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent understanding of regulations in relation to care homes, including CQC standards.
* Minimum of a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
