We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Director, QC Stability, offering a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a compliant stability program, including:

  • Developing and implementing procedures for sample management, stability studies, and regulatory submissions;
  • Overseeing routine and non-routine stability studies, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations;
  • Managing external vendors/contract testing facilities for QC Stability testing needs;
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the QC Stability team;
  • Representing the company in cross-functional meetings and projects, including regulatory inspections.

A minimum of 6-8 years of laboratory-based experience in a testing capacity and 2-3 years of management experience in a GMP-regulated environment are required for this role. Excellent analytical skills and technical expertise, particularly in product and/or raw materials testing, are also essential.
