Quality Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Officer to join our team at Evotec. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining quality compliance standards and supporting the Engineering and Facilities team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, typically from 0745 to 1645. Based in Milton Park, Abingdon, you will be part of a team that values collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine data entry of comments written on Work Orders into the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Archive maintenance records as per existing procedures, ensuring they are easily retrieved and always audit ready.
- Support filing and retention of service reports from Contractors.
- Index, scan and organise library of Operating manuals and associated documents to facilitate paper and electronic retrieval.
- Prepare and complete Quality Management System (Deviations, Change Controls and CAPA's) documentation on behalf of the FM&E Team.
Requirements:
- A working knowledge of GMP environment and Quality Management Systems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
