Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen

• Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and presentation

• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar establishment

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff

• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene

• Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of £32,000 to £34,000 per annum, plus tronc
