About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Southlands School. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people with complex needs to achieve their full potential.

Located in a beautiful setting, our school and homes provide a nurturing environment where our young people can thrive. We offer a range of activities and experiences to help our young people develop important life skills and build their confidence.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to provide individualized support to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow with us, with full training and support provided to achieve a nationally recognized Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to our young people, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Support our young people to participate in activities and experiences that promote their physical, emotional, and social development
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for our young people
