About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Hill House School and Residential provision. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our young people.

Our young people come to us with a wide range of needs and challenges, and our team is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment that enables them to thrive. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
