We are seeking a skilled Business Support Officer to work with our client, Newry, Mourne and Down Council, on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone looking for a new challenge in administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General administration tasks
  • Reception duties
  • Handling confidential information
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
  • 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
  • Competence in Microsoft Office
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
