Key Responsibilities
- Compile reports, type letters and correspondence, and upload patient information onto Rio and other systems.
- Manage inboxes, answer telephone calls, take messages, and process enquiries.
- Produce meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
- Use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Assist with supervision, coaching, and training of junior administrators.
- Support reception duties for Outpatients departments.
- Order stationery supplies and report any issues to the Estates Department.
- Keep notice boards tidy and update staff with relevant information.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Office Manager to ensure high-quality service provision.
Person Specification
Essential
- Previous administration experience.
- Previous NHS experience.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Familiarity with Rio, Bighand, Docman, and previous secretarial work.
