About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Vision Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with visual impairments to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist qualified Vision Rehabilitation Specialists with referrals and case management.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to support individuals with visual impairments.
  • Work closely with the Vision Rehabilitation Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of training packages and deliver training to support staff.
Requirements
  • Valid full UK manual driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
