Michael Page (UK) seeks a Senior Accountancy Manager to join their Somerset region office. The ideal candidate will have a career background in all-round accounts, tax, and audit advisory services for sole traders, partnerships, limited company OMBs, and other clients.

About the Role

This is a client-facing advisory role that involves managing a sizable fee base of clients. You will develop relationships with clients and drive the growth of this office through new client acquisition, business development, and team management. Your responsibilities will include leading teams and playing a key role in their development and progression.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this Senior Accountancy Manager role, you will hold ACA/ACCA/CTA qualifications and have a career background developed within UK accountancy practice at managerial levels. You should have an all-around general practitioner accounts/tax/audit career background gained within small, medium, or large-size accounting firms and be seeking a challenging long-term career move in the profession with a clear route to progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a sizable fee base of clients in a client-facing advisory capacity.

Requirements

Estimated Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
