About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Leviat EU. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the QA function in our Deeside factory and offices, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
  • Ensure all teams, production processes, and products adhere to QA standards through active liaison and face-to-face interaction.
  • Engineer in quality for all production processes through to finished product.
  • Set and maintain final customer quality shipping standards.
  • Support manufacturing and design problem-solving, demonstrating effective root cause analysis to close out quality concerns and sources of error.
  • Address and close out customer-related complaints to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain calibration of all essential checking and measuring equipment on site.
  • Assist in accident and near-miss investigations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in working in the manufacturing sector in quality assurance.
  • Experience and working knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001.
  • Qualification in internal auditing.
  • Competence in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and work cross-functionally to identify issues and implement solutions and improvements.
