We are currently seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Surgery Assistant to join our Theatre team at The Westbourne Centre in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting surgeons during operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key requirements include surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments. A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential. We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include private pension, flexible shift patterns, and enhanced parental leave policies.
