Meditalent Ltd is recruiting for a Qualified Operating Department Practitioner to work in a well-established team with excellent support structures to reinforce your wellbeing.

As an Operating Department Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various theatre settings, including anaesthetic, scrub, or recovery roles. You will work across multiple disciplines and adapt to different theatre procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

  • NMC/HCPC Registration: You must hold a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) pin or be in the process of receiving this
  • Experience in anaesthetic, scrub, or recovery roles is essential while experience within the private healthcare sector is desirable

We offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits and paid enhancements. Benefits include 27 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, a pension scheme with employer contributions, health benefits / staff discounts, life assurance, and on-site parking.
