Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with daily office tasks. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress to more senior positions in office management, compliance, HR, or assurance as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to internal stakeholders
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements
- Assisting with daily office tasks, including purchasing non-capex supplies and ensuring the office is running smoothly
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in office processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of PC skills and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word
- Prior experience in administration or office management is a plus, but not essential
- Fluency in English is essential
