As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and successful execution of substation projects. Your responsibilities will encompass liaising with stakeholders, managing resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scopes, timelines, and budgets for substation projects at PV Gonerby and PV Winkburn. Ensure that project objectives align with company goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables. Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting any issues or deviations from the project plan.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, controlling costs and maximizing resources to achieve financial objectives. Conduct financial analysis and reporting to ensure financial accountability and deliver value to the company.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all substation projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety requirements. Stay informed about regulatory changes and integrate them into project planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction and management of substation projects within the energy sector. Proven experience with renewable energy projects is an advantage.
