About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and develop strategies to enhance site performance and culture.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and developing Learning and Development programs, leading the site training team, and overseeing the apprenticeship scheme.

You will work closely with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Learning and Development strategies and programs
  2. Lead and coach the site training team
  3. Oversee the site apprenticeship scheme
  4. Collaborate with the Divisional L&D Head on training projects

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, preferably in a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry
