About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Learning Strategist to join our team at Countryside Properties.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering our CHEC Academy, focusing on talent development and leadership interventions.

You will build external relationships with educational establishments, universities, colleges, government bodies, and community partners to promote educational opportunities and address skill gaps.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Designing and implementing the CHEC Academy to support talent development and succession planning
  • Partnering with the people service delivery team to ensure a quality learning experience
  • Fostering a culture of development and motivation within the teams
  • Supporting the CPO and wider business in talent identification and development solutions

As a highly organized individual with excellent planning skills, you will lead and deliver career development pathways, enabling development opportunities and mentorship programs to retain top talent and improve employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
