We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to provide person-centred support to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities at our residential services in Farnborough, Hampshire.

As a Care Professional, you will be required to assist with daily living activities and support residents to participate in community activities. Our approach focuses on empowering individuals to make their own choices and gain independence.

Main Responsibilities

  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to promote the health, independence, and well-being of residents.
  • To support the Home Manager and Senior Support Workers in the smooth running of the service.
  • To provide personal care to residents, promoting their dignity and independence at all times.
  • To complete daily, weekly, and monthly records and documentation as required.
  • To comply with residents' care plans, risk assessments, and guidelines at all times.
