Telecommunications Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team at Nextech Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects, and arranging and attending regular client meetings to foster profitable relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and create new business opportunities
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
* Arrange and attend regular client meetings to foster profitable relationships
* Develop strong relationships within the sales team
* Present and negotiate at director level to close high-value deals
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a new business sales role
* At least 3 years in a Business Development Manager role within the telecommunications sector
* Currently employed in a sales role for at least 1 year
* Strong career history in telecoms sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Demonstrable knowledge of PBX, Cloud, Voice, Data, and Connectivity solutions
* Skilled in networking, negotiating, and winning new business
* Confident working autonomously and making independent decisions
* Willingness to travel for meetings as required
* Full UK driving license
