We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our KFC restaurant in Banbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the restaurant's performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Coach, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets our high standards.
- Perform administrative tasks to maintain a functional and efficient restaurant.
- Run the shop floor to a high standard, ensuring a memorable customer experience.
