Job Summary:
EG Group is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our KFC restaurant in Banbury. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's performance, coaching and training your team, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure excellent standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant's performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Coach, train, and engage your team to grow them to become their best selves.
- Deliver on KPIs to ensure the restaurant meets our excellent standards.
- Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine.
- Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting customers and creating a memorable experience.
- Manage the restaurant's recruitment process, bringing in the best talent who demonstrate our core values: smart, heart, and courage.
