Job Title: Serious Injury Solicitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor to join our team at CapeClarke. As a key member of our Serious and Catastrophic Injury team, you will handle a diverse range of high-value, multi-track cases, primarily focusing on catastrophic injury matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge on a diverse range of multi-track cases.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members on complex and high-value catastrophic injury cases.
  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to paralegals and trainees, delegating tasks where necessary.
  • Actively participate in initiatives aimed at business development to elevate the firm's profile and expand its influence.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within the local community.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong knowledge of catastrophic injury law and procedure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
