We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Serious Injury Solicitor to join our team in the Midlands. As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of multi-track files, assisting Partners with high-value and complex files, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of multi-track files, including PI/CN files over £25,000
  • Assist Partners with high-value and complex files
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcome
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Serious Injury Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
