Senior Serious Injury Solicitor Opportunity

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor to join their growing team in the Midlands.

The firm has experienced significant growth over the past few years, resulting in the establishment of a new office approximately 18 months ago.

This presents a fantastic opportunity for a talented solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding team, with a strong focus on career progression.

The firm specializes in high-value, complex personal injury and clinical negligence cases, with a caseload of multi-track files.

They have adopted a policy of smaller caseloads to ensure exceptional client service, and there are no billing targets.

Instead, the team works collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients, with a focus on good client contact and a flexible working approach.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage their own caseload, working closely with partners on high-value, complex files.

The firm offers a competitive salary of £55,000 (dependent on experience), along with a range of excellent benefits, including enhanced sick pay, healthcare plans, and more.
