We are seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor to join our client's growing team in the Midlands. As a specialist national law firm, they have a strong focus on providing exceptional service to their clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex, high-value cases and will be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for managing their own caseload of multi-track files, while also assisting Partners with their high-value, complex files.
The firm has adopted a policy of smaller caseloads to ensure their clients receive the best possible service. They also offer a flexible working environment, with a focus on good client contact rather than office attendance. The salary for this role is £55,000 DOE, with a range of excellent benefits including enhanced sick pay and healthcare plans.
