Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in the delivery of large infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong background in infrastructure development. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can provide strategic leadership and direction to our project teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring that they are mitigated or exploited accordingly
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure development
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration
Salary and Benefits

£80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
