HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Culture team at Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving our people strategy and supporting our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Business Unit Heads to develop and implement effective people plans that align with our organisational objectives
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
- Lead organisational change management initiatives, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Design and deliver people programmes, policies, and processes that enhance individual and team engagement
- Manage employee relations cases, including probationary reviews, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Develop and implement training and development programmes to enhance organisational capabilities
- Maintain accurate people data and documentation, analysing trends and insights to inform business decisions
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professional services environment
- Pre- and post-merger experience, with a strong understanding of change management
- Commercial mindset and business acumen, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Valid driving licence and car to travel between offices
