Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Newry. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual and employment aspects of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the contractual and employment side of HR, ensuring seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
  • People Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate people data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated and ensure compliance with European regulations and employment laws.
  • Strategic HR Support: Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management on all employment-related matters.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • HR Experience: Extensive experience in HR with a focus on contractual and employment matters.
  • People Data Management: Proven experience managing people data and ensuring data protection compliance.
  • Employee Migration: Experience with employee migration, including international relocations and new employment contracts.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site in Newry, 5 days a week.
