Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the contractual and employment side of HR, ensuring seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain accurate people data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Handle the migration process for candidates moving between countries and transitioning to new employment contracts.
  • Stay updated and ensure compliance with European regulations and employment laws.
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management on all employment-related matters.

Requirements:
