Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching apprentices within Residential Children's Services, helping them to achieve their full potential and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and coaching to apprentices within Residential Children's Services
  • Support and mentor apprentices to help them achieve their apprenticeship qualification
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training and support
  • Utilize modern technology to streamline administrative tasks and enhance the learning experience
