About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, process improvement, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Providing training and support to employees on quality-related topics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a quality assurance position.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminology, techniques, and tools.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Previous experience working in a similar industry.
- Experience with business ERP software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001.
