HRLife Ltd is seeking a skilled ER focused advisor to join our close-knit HR team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex ER cases, identifying and mitigating risk, and creating training programs to support HR related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance to managers on ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and employment tribunals
  • Identifying and assessing risk, and developing strategies to mitigate it
  • Creating and delivering training programs on HR related topics, including UK employment legislation
  • Developing documentation to support training and development purposes
  • Ensuring policies and procedures align with best ER practice

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a multi-site or blue-collar environment
  • Track record of dealing with high volume, complex ER cases
  • CIPD level 5 qualification (ideally)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
