Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Senior Strategist to play a leading role in supporting and leading our team to execute on a wide range of projects for one of our largest accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing end-to-end creative and customer experience strategies following our Planning Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Strategists to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end creative and customer experience strategies that meet client goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Critically analyze and interpret research and reporting to inform and improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with client marketing leads to develop strategic roadmaps against outlined business objectives.
  • Develop onsite content strategy frameworks and guidelines for our clients.
  • Map customers' holistic journeys to ensure consistent messaging throughout all communications.

Requirements:

  • A strong leader with experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Experience developing content strategy for digital channels.
  • A good grounding in end-to-end, omni-channel marketing.
  • Confident understanding of how to turn business goals into actionable marketing and communication goals.
  • Knowledge of how to use data and insight to create profiles and personas for use in digital channels.
  • Experience of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate best practice across email design and build.
  • Demonstrable agency experience in a similar role with proven success.
