At Amazon, we're committed to innovation and excellence in all aspects of our business. As a Strategic Marketing Leader for Amazon Fashion, you'll play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving growth across traffic, awareness, acquisition, and brand marketing for the category.

The ideal candidate will have significant marketing experience in working with cross-functional teams, creating strategy, and delivering results in a high-stakes environment. You'll think and act both strategically and tactically, from strategic planning to detailed execution. You'll lead data-driven plans, bring thought leadership across marketing initiatives, and execute them through the team.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the overall marketing strategy across traffic, awareness, acquisition, and brand marketing for the category.
  2. Lead strategy and execution across performance marketing, brand, growth, lifecycle marketing, and community management.
  3. Work towards improving our understanding of the target audience through customer research, usability studies, and data deep-dives.
  4. Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of Seller acquisition initiatives to drive acquisition of new sellers.
  5. Develop the right brand strategy for overall Smart commerce offerings and establish through website, social, events, and PR.
  6. Closely collaborate with product team to influence the product roadmap through marketing insights.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 4-5+ years of professional core marketing experience.
  2. Experience in managing teams, working with senior leaders in internal/external teams.
  3. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  4. Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  5. Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience in developing marketing charters including branding, PR, content, awareness in nascent programs/start-ups.
