About the Role

The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reports, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the firm's services and brand.

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to enhance the firm's online presence and reputation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate events, seminars, and webinars that foster client relationships and attract new business
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and maximize business opportunities

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a law firm or a similar industry, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and leading high-performing teams.
