We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive business success in our Port in Greenock. As Site Performance Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve performance excellence.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance and developing high-performing teams. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of port operations, including team management, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of port operations, including logistics, maintenance, and safety
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role within a similar industry
- Proven track record of driving performance and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
