About the RoleThe Director of Organisational Growth will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and enhance our market position. You will lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions, analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making, and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress.
This role requires a skilled sales leader with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales or business development role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
