As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in covering the West Midlands, Northwest of England, and Wales, working alongside national key accounts and third-party distributors to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for each account and product, reviewing and adjusting regularly to meet business goals.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts for the reach product line and account updates, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Understand competitors in the market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as necessary, representing Guided Solutions and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in the medical industry, with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales territories.
