Overview of the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced radiographer or applications specialist to join a leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems as an Applications Specialist.


Salary and Benefits Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000, including a basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000 and a 10% bonus. The company also offers a generous expenses policy, pension scheme, private medical cover, life assurance, and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.


Job Description

In this home-based role, you will be responsible for designing local training courses, carrying out pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales product support, assessing customer training needs, building trust and rapport with medical imaging customers, and assisting in the creation of support documentation.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of customers.
  2. Conduct thorough demonstrations of medical imaging systems to showcase their capabilities and features.
  3. Evaluate customer training requirements to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  4. Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality support materials and resources.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this exciting role, you must possess:

  1. A minimum of two years' experience working as a radiographer, with a deep understanding of medical imaging systems.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Confidence in delivering presentations to various audience sizes and formats.
