Job Role Summary

We are seeking a Family Care Specialist to join our team at My Ohana's Cardiff - IKEA Store creche. In this full-time and Part time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children aged 0-5 years, while also contributing to the overall success of our creche.

As a Family Care Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development. If you are a caring and experienced professional with a passion for early years education, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences
  • Support child development and maintain accurate records of progress and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent standards of care

Salary Information:

The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Your exact salary will depend on your level of experience and qualifications.
