Job Description

This is a key role in our rapidly expanding business, where you'll play a crucial part in forging strategic partnerships with leading automotive retail groups. As an Automotive Partnership Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships and drive growth through consultative selling. You'll work closely with our high-performing Customer Success, OEM, and B2B marketing teams to ensure our value proposition resonates with potential partners.

Your success will be instrumental in accelerating our market dominance and pushing into exciting new products and services. We're backed by some of the leading Venture Capital firms that have invested in Facebook, Shopify, and LinkedIn, and we've recently secured $52M in fresh funding to turbo-charge our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt and Conquer: Identify and secure new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with key automotive retailers.
  • Build and Maintain: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, working closely with our Customer Success team to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner with our OEM and B2B teams to position Carwow as the preferred choice for automotive retailers.
  • Persuade and Close: Deliver compelling presentations to C-suite executives, articulating our value proposition and securing buy-in.
  • Drive Efficiency: Optimize our sales processes through data analysis and CRM management.
  • Contribute to Growth: Provide valuable insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
Requirements

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with:

  • Proven success in automotive retail sales, ideally selling into Dealership Groups at all levels.
  • A hunter mentality and a passion for new business development.
  • Team-player that has a desire to help grow a high-performing team that exhibits the Carwow culture.
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • First-class organisational ability, including CRM system management.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as hybrid working, matched pension contributions, share options, and a generous learning and development budget.
