Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of servicing, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm systems, with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards of work quality.

This is a field-based role, covering multiple sites, with opportunities to work with various manufacturers' brands. If you possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in the fire alarm industry, a full UK driving license or equivalent, and motivation, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Servicing, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of addressable, conventional, and GENT fire safety systems
  • Field-based role, covering multiple sites
  • Working with various manufacturers' brands
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the fire alarm industry (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with various manufacturers' systems
  • Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA, and/or City & Guilds
  • A positive attitude and strong self-motivation
