We're a growing business in the industry, and we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Reservations Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service and reservations support to our travel partners and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to travel agents and guests via telephone and email.
- Manage email inboxes and respond to incoming emails in a timely manner.
- Sell and process cruise bookings from travel agents and direct clients.
- Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and leverage that to make informed decisions.
- Utilize Sabre to book and amend flights, and NVS software to add hotels, transfers, and shore excursions to bookings.
- Liaise with other departments as needed and participate in consumer events, exhibitions, and ship visits.
Requirements:
- Multi-tasking ability and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Travel industry and general geographical knowledge.
- Customer service or sales background with a minimum of two years' experience.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
