Job Title: Digital Trading Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales growth and delivering commercial excellence across our allocated fascia groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital trading strategy aligned with our commercial objectives
  • Lead a team of trading managers to achieve digital sales targets and optimize trading performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture customer and market insights and inform trading decisions
  • Manage and analyze data to drive business growth and optimize digital performance
  • Present ideas and analysis to senior stakeholders to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar e-commerce role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Valid working rights for EMEA countries
