Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Ward Administrator at Craigavon Hospital. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to Ward Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of the ward.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with complaints and clinical incidents, providing a high level of customer service to patients and families.
  2. Managing payroll and absence documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Collaborating with the team to manage requests for bank and agency staff, contributing to the efficient running of the ward.

With a strong background in clerical/administrative experience, you will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language.
  • 1 year similar experience or 2 years relevant clerical/administrative experience.
