Brook Street UK is currently seeking a skilled administrator to fill the role of Healthcare Operations Coordinator.
Role OverviewThis position involves providing administrative support to Ward Managers, managing mail distribution, completing payroll documentation efficiently, and collaborating on staff rota management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to Ward Managers, including complaints and clinical incident management.
- Mail Distribution: Manage mail distribution to ensure timely processing of outgoing correspondence.
- Payroll Processing: Complete payroll documentation efficiently.
- Rota Coordination: Collaborate on staff rota management, including bank and agency staff requests.
This role offers a competitive annual salary of £24,000, commensurate with experience.
Requirements- Educational Background:
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language, and 1 year similar experience
- OR 2 years of relevant clerical/administrative experience.
