Job Description
">- The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to Ward Managers, assisting with complaints and clinical incidents.
- They will manage mail distribution and ensure timely processing of outgoing correspondence.
- The ideal candidate will complete payroll and absence documentation efficiently.
- Collaboration on staff rota and management of requests for bank and agency staff are also key responsibilities.
- Developing effective communication systems to enhance operational efficiency is essential.
Salary Information
">- We estimate the salary for this role to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
- The salary may vary based on location and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language, and 1 year similar experience.
- Alternatively, 2 years of relevant clerical/administrative experience are required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work independently while exercising initiative and judgement is also required.
