Key Responsibilities

  • Have empathy, understanding, and a caring attitude towards our service users
  • Provide high-quality standard of care to our company clients
  • Participate in on-call phone duties on working weekends as required
  • Conduct risk assessments and report promptly to Area Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Company Handbook

What We Offer

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated salary of £13.50 per hour, and enhance rates on Bank Holidays. You will also receive a £200 sign-on bonus after 3 months. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, willing to work towards NVQ Level 3
  • Previous experience in Domiciliary Care or a related field
  • Good communication skills, including English language proficiency
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own car, with appropriate insurance for vehicle business purposes
